Mid cycle cramping LH negative

Currently day 16. I had cramping from day 13, and still have it! It was really intense day 14 & had a bit of spotting. I thought it could be ovulation however LH strong but negative? It’s started to fade now. I tested morning and night. I’ve not had this before I don’t think. Has anyone else or does anyone know what could be happening?
