I had my miscarriage in November 2023. Got my first period in December. Tracked my cycle and OPK tested positive for 2 days. Unfortunately AF came in January. I’ve been testing for the past 2 weeks with no positive OBK. I’m on CD22 and losing my mind. All the times I’ve tracked and tried before I’ve tested positive on an OPK. Am I doing something wrong?? Did i just not ovulate?? That negative test last month hurt so much. But I’ve held onto hope for this month and now this. Im really struggling.
