Early labour?

Question

I’ve been timing what I think are contractions on the Freya app. I get a wave of back pain followed by period cramp and then it fades away. 
What do you think? 😅

Too far apart. Hydrate, take a shower or bath and wait. Could be very strong Braxton hicks

Still having them? Also how far along are you? I had Braxton hicks and "prodromal labor" and they were very different. Prodromal labor def felt like labor contractions but went away after several hours then would come back then I wouldn't have them for a couple days then back again. For a month!! It was brutal and I couldn't tell when I was actually in labor until my water broke (and I was actually still in disbelief). Prodromal is more common after you have already had one kiddo. 
But second the water/hydration and do some pelvic rolls or cat/cow exercises to see if your back releases a bit. Transabdominal engagement (hug baby with your belly muscles) also help relieve the back.
