Would you do a HSG test?

I’m 41 soon to be 42 in June. TTC my 4th baby for 3 years now. I have very low AMH .31
My last baby was at age 35. My fertility doc wants me to do a HSG test this week…I’m not sure I want to go through the pain and pay $1000. What will I really gain? Is it really worth it for someone who has had 3 babies? I am sooo torn? I have until tomorrow to cancel

You’re still young enough to have another baby, but with such low AMH, I don’t know it it’s worth paying $1,000 for a test to see if there’s blockages, etc. You’d likely still need some type of help such as IVF, would be my guess. Not saying miracles don’t happen, but I’d hate to waste $1,000…🤷🏼‍♀️

That interesting you will be 42 in June. I am 43 my birthday is the last day of June so I will be turning 44 this year.
