Progesterone pill question

At my last appointment my progesterone was 9.9 four days later it’s at 10.6. They want to supplement me with the pill to help it go up. My hcg went from 4500 to 14,000. No one can tell what week I am because my schedule was really off. Right now I only have a yolk sac.

The pill says do not take while pregnant. I’m hesitant because I don’t want to give my future child a condition. Does anyone have any stories about taking the pill and if there were NO or any effects on the child at all. If I 1000000% have to take it I will but I’m just not sure of the risk.
