Stopped cold turkey about a week ago. Not going back even after I have this baby. Planing to breast feed for 3 years so no more smoking. Been a smoker for about 16years. All 2 previous pregnancies I stopped while pregnant and resumed after but that was the plan with those. This time the plan is not going back cause I need to be healthy for my kids.

I gave up smoking over a year ago I vape every now and then and I smoke weed

I use to vape but stopped cold turkey when i found out i was pregnant, 1m postpartum and i had cravings again so i got a ripple+ and it satiated me lol no more nic for me!
