If you have had 2 pregnancies of the same gender - were your pregnancies similar?

I have a three year old girl and omg her pregnancy was the absolute worst - I had Hyperemesis, Cholestasis, and Pre-eclampsia. With my 8 month old son I had major food aversions like the thought of things could make me gag haha - this pregnancy is almost identical to my sons (not finding out what I am having until birth for this one)

First baby- easy early pregnancy, no nausea or vomiting. Felt normal. Did have kidney stones every 2 weeks from 13 weeks until delivery. It was miserable. Little girl. 
Second baby - also no nausea or vomiting. severe preeclampsia (same dad as well) and delivered early. Little girl. 
Third baby and current pregnancy- horrible nausea but no vomiting. only 26 weeks but BP has been normal so crossing our fingers. Also a little girl.

My boy pregnancies were very similar. They were so similar I knew the 2nd was a boy before the NIPT test even confirmed. 
This one is very different and it's a girl this time.

Currently pregnant with my 2nd girl and they couldn’t be more different. First I bled until 20 weeks, had tons of GI issues, problems with dizziness and food aversions. Craved nothing but sugar and I was repulsed by pizza. Struggled to gain weight. 0 sex drive. Etc. overall a super rough pregnancy 
I’m currently 23 weeks with my 2nd and I’m still throwing up almost daily, crave salty and savory and pizza. Haven’t had any GI issues or bleeding which I’m super grateful for. I’ve had my usual sex drive. I’ve gained almost 15lbs already. Besides all the puking, I’ve actually felt pretty good. We did have some complications with the baby at our anatomy scan but it hasn’t affected me physically. 
Weirdly, I showed quicker and felt movement sooner with my first too.

My first was a boy, I had morning sickness but it didn't last longer than 13ish weeks. My second was a girl and my current is a girl. Both had horrible morning sickness. I'm 23 weeks and still get sick from time to time. I will say this pregnancy was the worst of them all.

I’m currently pregnant with my third and all three pregnancies have been identical so far. My first two were both boys, but this time it’s a girl.
