IUI Ovidrel

Hello! So I am doing my second IUI this month. I know when I ovulate bc of the cramps and discharge. This is the first IUI cycle where I took a trigger shot. I took it Wednesday night and had my IUI on Friday and today is Sunday and I’ve only just ovulated today. I could feel the cramps. Is this normal to ovulate 4 days after the trigger shot? Has this happened to anyone else?

When I told the doctor on the day of IUI that I haven’t ovulated yet she said it’s okay bc sperm can live up to 5 days in the uterus. And now it’s been there for 3 days. Should I contact my doctor for again?
