PMS vs Implantation Cramps
Has anyone actually felt a difference in cramps experienced between PMS cramps and what actually ended up being implantation?
I didn’t cramp at all during implantation with my first two pregnancies, but I do for PMS, but usually only 3-4 days before and I’m over a week out right now, in the TWW and cramping lighter and lower than normal.
Just curious about others experiences and if you could actually feel the difference. 🫶🏼
