I am just late right?!?

I’m on CD 60! My little one just turned 1 and only nursing at night. For the past 6 months my cycles were back to normal. I’ve been cramping off and on for about a month. This is the first test that has a slight second line. Am I just late, should I make an appointment with my Dr. or just keep waiting it out.
