Any tips for surviving the leg pain?
Currently 33 weeks with my rainbow baby (had 2 miscarriages so she will be my first) and I have noticed that my hands and feet are swollen (figured it was bound to happen soon). I have legs cramps/pain throughout the day (use to just be at night) as well as a constant sciatic ache on one side.
I’ve been doing physical therapy for my back (had a spinal fracture a few years ago) and pelvic floor since 16 weeks. I take extra magnesium, do warm hip baths with magnesium flakes, use my calf & foot massager and my dragon balm (cbd / thc salve) has been a godsend. For awhile I had a pretty good routine and the pain was manageable. Currently it’s all day uncomfortableness and then really bad pain at night. My dragon balm is barely touching my pain any more.
My physical therapist recommended electrolytes before bed and cranberry juice to help with the swelling so I’ve been giving that a go.
