Lupus and IVF - Experiences and Advice Needed

Hi ladies, I was diagnosed with lupus and sjogrens 5 years ago and I am finally starting on IVF. I am 31 and I feel like I should give it a try before it's too late. I am so scared because my lupus has been stable for at least 6 months, but slowly I'm starting to hurt again (mainly my feet). Can anyone here that has lupus and gone through IVF share their experience and what advice can you give me as I go through this long and complicated procedure? Thank you for your help!
