Are all miscarriages extremely painful?

I have yet to have mine confirmed but people have been saying it may not have been one bc I wasn’t really in pain but I bled and passed clots. No idea how far along I was. Tested positive the 15th then started bleeding the 20th

It was very painful for me as i had to push out my baby at 14 weeks. Lots of cramping ,bleeding and clots. Had to be hospitalised for 3 days as i lost alot of blood and had to have 2 blood transfusions. I was literally dying .

painful physically? no. not for me at least, i lost two pregnancies at 4-5 weeks and didn’t even have cramps, just heaving bleeding. had a D&C at 8 weeks and it wasn’t painful either.

Mine wasnt overly painful nor did i have a lot of bleeding, not even a period heavy but blood test confirmed i lossed the baby

No, not every loss is the same nor does it always feel the same. Yes, some can be painful. But you can also have a loss and not experience that pain. Also, not everyone has the same pain tolerance! You can’t determine if you’re experiencing a miscarriage based of pain.
