Is he being controlling/stalkerish?

I shared my location to my boyfriend last night, it was on my own terms. It was just bc I was getting a car from an unknown area. But I very quickly felt like he was abusing it. It went from “why are you sharing it, silly”, “I’ll just use it in emergencies”, to him mentioning my location twice in not even 24 hrs. The first time, it was that he noticed it was off (my phone died) and mentioned it to accuse me of turning it off to ignore him and talk to other people. The next time, a couple hours later, sends me a screenshot of it saying “location not found” and saying “see, it’s not working still”. I told him I didn’t manually turn it off and didn’t know what to do with it. So he asked me what I’ve been doing the whole day instead. I just feel like he’s doing too much.
