TTC after bilateral salpingectomy

I was just wondering if anyone had experience with ivf after a bilateral salpingectomy, I still have my uterus and ovaries and really was just wondering where everyone started in there TTC journey? For reference I got my tubes removed almost 4 years ago while I was in a very controlling and toxic relationship after pregnancy number 11, we separated shortly after my surgery and I have regretted my decision to have the surgery ever since.

I have 4 living children of my own and my boyfriend has one of his own but we would like to have one together. Anyone have any advice, helpful tips, recommendations? I’d appreciate any support ❤️
