My period is technically 4 days late, it was due on the 23/02 and today is the 28/02- still nothing but have had a heap of period like cramps, increased CM but no period. App says I ovulated on the 9th but I know I didn’t due to negative OPK’s and tests. I had watery and egg white discharge on 14/02 so baby danced here but not 100% if I ovulated as I had just ran out of tests.

I took a pregnancy test yesterday 27/02 and it was negative.

I’m trying to work out if there is a possibility of ovulation later in this month (around the 11th/14th of Feb) and if so is that why my period could potentially be delayed?

I’m so stuck. I have also been stressed this month which could have related in delayed period BUT I still have period like cramps, twinges and aches.

Please help!
