Implantation or maybe tested too early?
Hi I am currently 9 dpo. Sunday night I had this light pink spotting when I wiped and after that it never came back. My nipples are sore and sensitive and been having cramping in my left side and in my back. And been having headaches for like 2 days. Af not due until 3/04 . Took a pregnancy test on Tuesday and it came out negative. Any advice or opinions help. Thank you 🙏🏽
