Marrying someone abroad....

Hi all i hope you are well. How do you approach your parents when you are interested in someone who lives abroad. (For marriage reasons) Im comfortable with moving abroad as i never saw my future in the country i live in. I have said this to my parents and expressed i wouldnt mind considering someone who is from a different country. However, my mum is a helicopter parent and she would'nt consider someone from abroad or want me to move there. She has said in the past how she would miss out on her grandchildren and she would be upset if that happened. I don't know what is best way to go about this. But also know my mum is the most loving person and she has always looked out for. But i just want her to give me a chance and see it through.
