3 months c-section pp
Hey ladies! 😊 so i have a question for the c section mommy's so i just recently started working out nothing to serious just leg workouts and back and you know the feeling when you get sore after a workout well thats how my lower stomach feels, I'm 3 months pp and this is my first c section and i don't know if its normal because i had just workout or i should just wait, months before i was fine nothing hurt it was just right now that i started working out again when it started to feel sore please any advice you mommy's can give me did you experience anything similar? And was it normal?
