Libido is low

My husband is wanting more intimate time. At first I thought the issue was him that I needed him to put in more work at home and with the kids as I'm pretty burned out. Truth is he has been stepping up and my drive is still low. I have no desire to do anything sexual maybe once a week I'm rarely ever in the mood and I have no desire. I'm still up breastfeeding the baby at least once to twice a night so that's not helping. By the time I get into bed at night I don't want to be not touched or talked to really as I'm just burned out from the small kids during the day. We have crazy busy schedules which isn't doing us any favors and that is kind of out of our control right now. Is this just a phase with multiple little kids? I had tubal removal about three months ago does that kill a sex drive? How do I get back to wanting to be intimate?
