5 weeks pregnant how normal is spotting?

So today when I wiped I noticed light pink and then again second time. I’ve had cramps ever since I’ve found out too. 
Just really concerned please help !

Its normal early on the cramping and spotting. Now if you start passing clots or bleeding heavily that would be a concern.
