Well, no longer a May mom. Hello April!

So to make it short and sweet my placenta is 1.4 cm from my cervix, after being completely obstructed. We hoped it would move but now that I am 30 weeks and just diagnosed with thrombocytopenia I will probably be undergoing a c-section at 36 weeks. Just hoping my platelets can hang on long enough so that I can be awake for the surgery. Original due date was May 10th, so probably mid April now. Baby girl is 3lbs and already has some hair it seems, everything looks great with her so here's to hoping I can make it through without any serious complications! Good luck May mommas, we are so close!
