Which job should I chose?

I am very confused on what i should do. What would be the best for more time with my family. I am currently an STNA and required to work 12 hour shifts along with 2 10 hour shifts and rotating weekends. Its alot and im 7 months pregnant and I have a 4 year old. I was offered a position in a pediatric dental office working monday, wednesday,thursday. 730 am -430 pm. And when school starts back up it will be monday,tuesday,Wednesday,thursday. Same hours I would always have friday,Saturday,sundays off. WHAT SHOULD I DO???
