I’ve had a PAP-smear test done twice a year since June 2021. Also a colposcopy once. It came back as LSIL: CIN 1 (June 2023).

Now since January (2024) I’ve been experiencing spotting during ovulation days. In the first month it was just 1 day (just a red spot). In February it was also just spotting for one day. And now in March during my ovulation days, I’ve experienced spotting for 4/5 days. This started when I went to the gym and did the hip trust machine. It was brown blood/also red when I’ve just exercised.

I also experience pelvic pain on the left side. Could this indicate that my cells have changed in the last six months into cancerous cells and that I have cervical cancer? Or am I worrying too much?

I’ve an appointment with my gyno for next week but I’m so stressed out about this. Like what if she confirms there’s something wrong? Has anyone experienced these symptoms?
