Heavy periods while taking Letrozole?

Has anyone experienced heavy periods while taking letrozole? This is my second cycle taking it and my periods have never been this heavy 😩please help!!

Hi , so I did rounds of fertility treatment as well , I used clomid (super similar med) but it is not only designed to help  your body encourage more than 1 egg to grow it also encourages your body to thicken your uterine lining. This can cause heavier periods and some discomfort. If you are soaking through a pad every hour though that is a cause for concern and I would call your doctor or go to your local emergency room.
