How long did it take for u to get a period?

I miscarried 3 weeks ago. Im curious to know how soon I can get my period? 
I’m hoping to have advice from people who’ve been through this as well. Truly sorry about your loss.

It took 5 weeks to come back and was heavier

I’m very sorry you also had to experience this! I miscarried at 7 1/2 weeks and it took 3/4 weeks for it to return. Came back heavier then normal as well. My cycle was also irregular for 2 months and I was able to get pregnant my 3rd cycle when It did return back to normal (for me)

I’m sorry for you loss. I miscarried and had d and c 5 and a half week ago (at 11 weeks, though development had stopped at 7). Still anxiously waiting for my period to happen since I was told to wait after the first period to try again. Doctor said it could be up to 6 weeks… so we will see.
