Help me understand these results

Hi ladies, im hoping any doctors or just anyone who’s familiar with this type of thing can help me better understand these results. i’m 20 & i had a miscarriage when i was 18 & i went back to read these results & im trying to figure out what all of this means, does this mean i had cysts ? i’m curious if this means that i’m healthy or not, i also wanted to know what the hemorrhagic collapsing 1.3 cm means ?? they never told me any of this when i was in the hospital so this is my first time reading this specific thing. if someone can explain all of it for me i would really appreciate it since i can’t find much on the internet. thanks!
