I’d like a bit of advice

So I lost my daughter Jan 13th, I bled for about 2 weeks and then that stopped for about two weeks then I got a period around the 11th of Feb. About a week after that period I started spotting heavy again and that lasted a few days. The same thing has been happening since I’ve now had 3 periods since and one day my cm is clear/white and next I’m back bleeding again. Im starting to worry as I have 2 kids and I’ve never bled this long postpartum and I don’t have irregular periods at all. One day the blood will be brown one day it’s bright red, is this something to be concerned about?? I am thinking to have a talk with my gyn.
