Flea help?

I’m staying with my sister and no matter what she tries the fleas dnt go away. I’m tryin to leave cz I cnt stand pets for this reason bt they only bother me and my daughter. There’s 5 dogs and a cat that goes outside. All last summer we dealt with this til it wz freezing and a glimmer of warmth and all I see is scratching. She gets the frontline boxes and squirts it on them and I’ve put essential oils around my daughter’s bed and I’ve even tried the home defense spray. She has no carpet cz she ripped it out. I cnt wait to move bt she still will watch my baby while I work. Idk we must have “good blood” cz my nephews stay here as well as my niece and we only got bumps.
