Please help!
Hey girls, I’ve recently just lost twins in December but my periods are back to normal… I’ve been getting sick during the night an on a morning my period is due in 3 days so 13/03 but I’ve been getting negative tests an cramps in my lower stomach but they don’t feel like period cramps it feels like everything moving around inside of me could someone please give me an idea on what it could be
