Pregnancy dandruff?? HELP!!!

Ok so I had dandruff in like high school but not really since and never to this magnitude always just a random dry scalp flake here or there but all of a sudden I have dandruff so bad my scalp looks like I have freaking cradle cap it doesn’t itch at all but it’s extremely embarrassing and idk what to do for it I could tap my head and make it snow ❄️ 😭 what can I do for it any advice. I use tea tree shampoo and conditioner and only wash my hair about twice a week I’ve tried head and shoulders but it just strips my hair and does nothing for the dandruff.
