Help please

Does anyone know why I would of thrown up tonight randomly? I didn’t eat anything bad and I feel fine. I went to go pee and started throwing up and then i was fine. And I felt fine before I threw up to. Any ideas? I also was cramping really bad on the 9th to the point I felt like I was gonna throw up from the pain.
