So confused please help

Is this period bleeding or implantation bleeding? I don’t have pms and tomorrow is the day to begin my periods but I don’t have any of the usual symptoms. Had my ovulation on 27 or 28 Feb. I guess according to the app also I had unprotected sex during the fertile window. So what this could be. Kindly help..!! I’m kind of freaking out as what it could be
