Anyone else on triquilar (trifeme) birth control?
So weather this matters or not but im 27, Is anyone else on the triquilar birth control pill and found it took longer to be able to start skipping periods? I went on triquilar at the start of december, its the one with the 3 different coloured active pills. I was on it years ago and was able to skip my periods went off it to try and get pregnant, but long story short the relationship ended in november last year so i wanted to be able to skip them again so i didnt have to deal with them. But since going back on it in december im finding its still not letting me skip them. I keep getting spotting and breakthrough bleeds every month. Not sure if its because i get the generic brand (cheaper pharmacy brand but same as the actual triquilar) or if its just taking a while because its a combined pill? Has anyone had this experience with this pill and was eventually able to skip your periods? Or did you have to switch to something else? Ill be going to the doctor if its still no better by the end of this box, just really dont want to waste the pills i have left as i still have 3 months worth. Will put pics. Thanks!
