Twins?

Hello! I was impatient and went to get an early ultrasound at a small ultrasound clinic nearby today. I am 7 weeks 3 days today and it’s my first time making it to the ultrasound without a miscarriage. With that being said, from my untrained eye, it looks like two sacs in there. But when I asked the tech what the second one was she didn’t know nor did she scan the smaller of the two sacs. She claimed it COULD be a cyst but I just went to a fertility doc recently and was told I have no cysts or fibroids.

I do for sure have one baby in the larger sac but could that second one be another gestational sac?

I do have a history of twins in my family and I do have a tilted uterus and this ultrasound is taken on my stomach not internally.

What do you guys think?
