HELP HELP

Hi I’m at 7 weeks pregnant and I had no symptoms what’s so ever I keep taking test and they keep coming back positive I don’t feel like I’m pregnant this is my second baby and i had so boobs and sickness with my first do you think everything I have a private early scan on Tuesday, but I’m worried of the outcome has anyone been in the as place I have ?
