I don't know how to take this

My ex boyfriend and I have been together on and off over the last year I had an IUD placed after I had my daughter 2 years ago long story short I took my IUD out around October due to is causing infections, after I had it removed had a period in November and December took multiple tests that were all negative. my period is now late by 5 days, I decided to take a test from dollar tree and it came up POSITIVE. Should I trust this dollar tree test?
