Back pain and bowel movements no appetite

Im 35 weeks and 5 days, ive been having this sharp pain in my back but it also constantly hurts but when they sharp pain comes on it knocks me out of breath almost feels like a shock. Ive had an excessive amount of bowel movements the past two days with no appetite some nausea. I start hurting in my stomach and back and literally everytime i use the bathroom i end up having hard poops and alot of pressure in my rectum. Keep feeling the urge to go. Are these signs of labor?
