Braxton hicks?

What do Braxton hicks feel like? And when do they begin?? Are they like period cramps or different? Because I’m pretty sure I’m feeling them but I don’t know for sure.

Braxton hicks are not always painless and that’s a fact . You can’t listen to other people or the internet . I had an episode at 28 weeks , now 32 weeks where my Braxton hicks were so bad I couldn’t even get off of the bed or move positions . It felt like I was actually in labor but I was not .

It feels like your uterus gets really tight for a minute or so. Mine have started around 16w with both of my pregnancies! But this time around has been more noticeable

i dont remember the exact week mine started i think it might have been around 14/15 but they dont feel like contractions or cramps they feel like ur uterus tightening and hardening its painless

Mine started in the 2nd trimester and the more kids I had the earlier they'd start and with my boys they felt like tightening and discomfort but with this one I can feel them in my chest almost like it takes my breath
