So my ex husband and I have been separated for 2 years and almost 3 months I will finally be able to file for a divorce now that I have the money since he never wanted to file it well anyways this man hasn't seen talked or done anything with our kids since September 2nd 2022 and last year was such a hassle that claim my kids on the taxes he claimed our oldest daughter on the taxes and unfortunately I didn't receive anything well this year I claimed both my kids first before he could and he was FURIOUS he wanted the money to pay off his car and to get a new place to live well I'm worried about next year and idk what to do? Can I call the IRS and see if they can help? Because I have proof that he hasn't been around with our kids since September 2nd 2022 so idk if they can do something about it? Or who do I go to?
