15 weeks and sleep

So my toddler was going to bed 7:30/8 until 7am. Recently he’s moved 8/8:30 and sleeps until 9am while a short nap during the day.

His 7am schedule had me on a schedule. I’ve had the worst insomnia with this pregnancy and I’m so tired during the day. I do take a nap with him but how do I get myself to fall back to sleep in the mornings. I know this sounds so dumb like close your eyes and go back to sleep but it’s like I can’t. I try so hard to get that extra sleep and I can’t go back after I wake up at 7am. Any advice? I normally go to bed between 9:30-11pm depends on the night but I wake up all hours for no reason.
