Can anyone please provide help

Wondering if my Betas are in range? I know they aren’t doubling but I’m finding it hard to understand. My last pregnancy my numbers were much higher and more than doubled.

I had an ultrasound yesterday (thought I was 6 + 1 but baby measured 5 + 5) with a 110 bpm heart rate.

Are these numbers too low and not rising enough? I know seeing baby with a heartbeat is a positive sign but the thought of my hcg not doubling is making doubt this pregnancy is going to be successful.

Feeling very worried and sad.
