Insertion stories
I got my Kyleena IUD inserted today. I’m 21, never been pregnant or given birth, and until today hadn’t had a Pap smear. Most uncomfortable part was the speculum going in and opening up. I had no cramping or pain during the insertion, my legs were a little shaky as I was sitting up though. As the night is continuing, I am having some cramping but nothing too serious.
I wanted to share my easy experience, because most of what I read were horror stories!
