I’ve been with my BF for almost a year. It has been a rocky journey with struggles in masculine/feminine roles. He feels I am more masculine and I feel like he exudes feminine qualities- overly emotionally, needs validation and constant words of affirmation etc. I am less affectionate and don’t need consistent validation etc. the reason I have stayed is because we have similar morals like wanting a family, both not interested in drinking/going out, value family traditions, stuff like that. But he constantly demands from me. This is a message I received today. Please tell me your thoughts. For perspective - I’m 33 and he’s 43.
