Im gonna try temping for the first time never done it??? Wondering what temp my body has to be at to know? ?? Ttc again.never did this with both my pregnancies.had 1 successful and1 mc..

Nothing specific. You should start taking and logging your BBT before your fertile window to get a baseline. For me, my bbt on ovulation was a drop of mor than 1 degree.

I don't think there is a set temperature your body has to be in. It just has to increase by half or one while ovulating. Mine usually is 97 but after ovulation it peaks to about 98 and some change. Just as a reference an average body basal temperature is between 97.7 and 98.2 .
