Scared to conceive again after Ectopic

Anybody experienced an ectopic pregnancy? My first pregnancy January 6 i found out i was 6w5d and a few weeks later i was spotting with one sided abdominal pain and decided to go in emergency i got ultrasounds done and they found that i was pregnant in my right tube, thank god i was early on and it could be treated with methotrexate, fast forward to this month i got an HSG procedure to see if my tubes are blocked and thank god they are CLEAR! My obgyn says the uterine cavity looks so good and normal and to call her as soon as i get a positive test.. want to try again but so scared that i migjy be at risk for another one.. any recommendations? Words of encouragement?
