Miscarriage at 11 weeks 3days

Hard post but just need someone to talk to. Last week on thursday I was spotting on and off then Monday whilst I was out with my daughter I had a pop and a gush of blood. I went to A&E as I was still gushing blood going through 2 incontinence pads within 10mins and it still soaked through my clothing. I was then taken to another department where I was examined and they couldn't believe on how much blood I was losing it was litterly pouring out of my including huge clots. The hospital gave me more incontinence pads as I was going through 2 every 5mins as the blood was continuing to gush whilst passing lots of huge clots was bigger than my hand. I was examined 3 time and it was like a murder seen it then got the point I had to be admitted I was losing way too much blood to the point my BP dropped dangerously low and the amount of blood I lost I was passing out I couldn't walk i was dizzy I had to have someone with me at all times. I wasn't allowed to eat or drink as I was at risk of being rushed into theatre to stop the bleed and have a blood transfusion. I was put on the ward at 2am after being there since 4.30pm and I passed the baby and placenta. No one know why it happened or why I lost so much blood they said If I didn't go in i could have died due to the amount of blood I lost. I still have no answers and this recovery is hard as I have never experienced this before. I dont know how to feel or what to do has anyone had this happen to them before?
