4cm, Bloody show?

Posting anonymously because every time I make a post I get rude comments from someone for no reason, and I’m just over it 😅. However, I had an OB appointment yesterday and was at 4cm. Since everything down there is ready for active labor, with the exception of consistent contractions my OB did a stretch and sweep to try to get things to progress and scheduled an induction for next week just in case we don’t. Today I had my “bloody show” and am wondering if that means I may be dilating further and May start active labor before my induction on Tuesday? Any experiences or insight would be appreciated. This is my 3rd baby, and with my first two once I hit 4cm they were here within hours. This girl just seems stubborn 😂.

Edit to say: She’s head down and engaged in the proper position, so that isn’t the issue. I’m just not contracting. I’m also still working, and my job requires near constant walking which should get some going, but hasn’t.
