Missed abortion happen
Hello everyone I m 32 yr old .2 yr of our marriage.we were trying for baby last 1yr .I was conceive 1st time on February everything going gud on my 2omnth of pregnancy their is no heart activity seen .our doctor said their is pregnancy loss fetal material collapse now.I hv no symptoms at all thn I done surgical procedures d&c .why this happen I dnt knw
Now when I get my period back ?
Can I conceive easily now?
Or go to some ivf/iui treatment?
I m scared about my age
