You don’t always need to get painful long periods to have endo. It can be different for different women. And the only way you will know for sure is surgery. I have endo and had adeno but I told that uterus to fuck off so I’m cured, of that anyway. Can’t cure endo.

I have both endo and PCOS. There was a endometrioma on my right ovary and that is why they suggested I get a laparoscopic surgery to remove the endo. My only symptom has always been cramps during ovulation, never my period. But they did find endo tissues and removed them all. If you want more children and the doctor is saying endo is possible then I recommend following the appropriate steps because it really can stop you from getting pregnant
